Classic Greek Frappe
The deliciously tasty iced coffee drink of Greece

- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 TBSP Instant Coffee
- 3 TBSP Hot Water
- Ice
- Cold Water
Pour all three ingredients into a glass or cup.
Use a handheld frother and continue frothing until the mixture stops rising. It should have a very light and airy texture. If you don’t have a handheld frother, you can pour the ingredients into a container with a tight-fitting lid. Then shake the mixture really well. Once it’s foamy and thick enough to hold its shape, you’re done frothing.
Now add in a handful of ice and fill the glass the rest of the way with cold water.
You can add a splash of milk, half & half, or even some creamer if you’re feeling really decadent.
